1. Order Cancellations
Before Shipping: Orders (including pre-orders) may be canceled at any time before shipment at no cost. Just contact us at [email protected].
After Shipping: If your order has already shipped, you can return it under our return policy.
2. Return Policy
Cooling-Off Period: You may return most items within 14 calendar days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Conditions for Return:
- Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Process:

- We’ll provide return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
3. Warranty Policy
Coverage: All HomeMaster products are covered by a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
What’s Included:
- Hardware malfunction due to normal use.
- Replacement or repair of the product, at our discretion.
Exclusions:
- Damage caused by misuse, water exposure (unless IP-rated), unauthorized modification, or improper installation.
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.

- We’ll evaluate your claim and may ask you to return the item for inspection.
Valid claims will be resolved by repair, replacement, or refund (in rare cases).
