1. Overview
This policy applies to all HomeMaster products sold by ISYSTEMS AUTOMATION SRL (“we”, “us”, “seller”).
By placing an order, you agree to the terms described on this page.
Seller details are listed in Section 6.
1.1 Who you are (B2C vs B2B)
B2C / Consumer means a natural person purchasing outside a business or professional activity.
B2B / Business Customer means a legal entity or a natural person purchasing for business/professional use (including VAT-registered customers).
1.2 Where you are (EU vs Non-EU)
EU Customer means delivery address in an EU member state.
Non-EU Customer means delivery address outside the EU.
1.3 Applicable law (important)
The sales contract is governed by Romanian law.
Where applicable, mandatory consumer protection rules (for example, EU consumer rules for EU customers) remain unaffected.
No voluntary return programs are offered beyond statutory rights.
2. Order Cancellations
2.1 Before shipping
You may cancel your order before shipment at no cost.

2.2 After shipping
If the order has shipped, cancellation is handled as a return under Section 3 (B2C) or Section 4 (B2B).
3. Returns — Consumers (B2C)
3.1 EU Consumers (statutory withdrawal right)
If you are an EU consumer buying online, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from delivery, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.

clear statement that you wish to withdraw
Return condition: products must be returned unused, with original packaging and accessories, where reasonably possible.
Certain product categories or situations may be legally excluded from withdrawal rights. If an exclusion applies, we will inform you.
3.2 Non-EU Consumers
For consumers outside the EU, returns are handled according to Romanian law and any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in the customer’s country.
Where no mandatory right applies, no general right of withdrawal and no voluntary return period is offered.
4. Returns — Business Customers (B2B)
For B2B orders, returns are accepted only if:
required by applicable law, or
explicitly approved by us in writing (e.g., mistake shipment, confirmed defect, or special agreement).

5. Warranty
5.1 EU Consumers (B2C legal guarantee)
For EU consumers, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within at least 2 years from delivery, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/771.
National laws may provide longer periods or additional rights.
Remedies (repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund) are provided free of charge, as required by law.
5.2 Business Customers (B2B warranty)
For B2B customers, products are covered by a 12-month limited manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
This B2B warranty does not limit statutory consumer rights (where applicable).
5.3 Non-EU Customers (warranty)
For customers outside the EU, warranty rights are governed by Romanian law and any mandatory rules that may apply in the customer’s country.
5.4 Warranty exclusions (all customers)
Warranty does not cover:
misuse, incorrect wiring, improper installation, or operation outside specifications
unauthorized modification or repairs
water/chemical exposure unless explicitly IP-rated for such use
cosmetic damage and normal wear and tear
damage caused by improper return packaging or transport when returning items to us
6. Return Process, Shipping & Refunds (all customers)
6.1 How to request a return / claim

order number
product name and serial number (if applicable)
description of the issue (photos/videos recommended)
Troubleshooting may be required before a return or replacement is authorized.
We may issue an RMA number and return instructions.
6.2 Return shipping
EU statutory consumer claims: handled in accordance with applicable law.
All other cases (B2B, non-EU, or non-confirmed defects): return shipping is charged at cost to the customer, unless we confirm our error in writing.
6.3 Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Typical processing time: 7–10 business days after receipt.
