2. Use of the website
By using this website you agree to provide accurate information when submitting forms or making a purchase, not to introduce malicious content or attempt unauthorised access, and to use the site only for lawful purposes. We may restrict access for any user violating these terms.
3. Ordering
3.1 Online orders. Payment is required at the time of purchase. Once payment is confirmed the order is processed and you receive an email confirmation.
3.2 Business orders by invoice. Business customers, including partners, may order by invoice. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, first orders are payable in advance; subsequent invoices are payable within 21 days. Late payment entitles us to statutory interest and to suspend further deliveries.
3.3 Pre-orders. No payment is required when submitting a pre-order; you reserve a product for future delivery. We confirm by email once the product is available and collect payment at that point. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before payment.
4. Prices and availability
Prices shown on this website include Romanian VAT. Product descriptions, prices and estimated shipping dates may change without prior notice, and occasional errors may occur. An order is confirmed at the price valid on the date the order is placed. We may modify or discontinue products at any time.
5. Payment and VAT
Online payments are processed by third-party providers. Business orders are paid by bank transfer against invoice.
Business customers in other EU member states holding a valid VAT number are invoiced without VAT under the reverse charge mechanism (Article 196, Directive 2006/112/EC). VAT numbers are verified in VIES before invoicing. Customers outside the EU are responsible for import duties and taxes in their country.
6. Delivery
Goods are shipped from Romania. Items in stock are dispatched within two working days; items not in stock are normally dispatched within 14 days. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to the customer on handover to the carrier. Shipping costs are shown at checkout or stated on the invoice.
7. Warranty
We warrant that the products are free from manufacturing and material defects for 24 months from delivery. Consumers in the EU retain their statutory rights under Directive 2019/771, which these terms do not limit.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by installation not in accordance with the product documentation, wiring errors, overvoltage or lightning, exceeding rated loads, operation outside the specified environmental range, mechanical damage, or unauthorised modification of the hardware.
Modifying the open-source firmware does not void the hardware warranty. Damage caused by such modification is not covered.
8. Returns and defect handling
8.1 Defects. Report defects to [email protected] with the order number and a description of the fault. On a confirmed defect we repair or replace the product at our choice and cover return shipping. If no defect is found, return shipping is at the customer's cost.
8.2 Right of withdrawal (consumers). Consumers in the EU may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. Notify us at [email protected] and return the goods complete and undamaged. We refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Return shipping is at the customer's cost.
8.3 Cancellations. Online orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before payment is collected.
9. Installation and responsibility
Our products are components intended for installation in electrical distribution boards by qualified persons. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the installation complies with the national regulations applicable at the site, and for the design of the installation as a whole. We are not responsible for the installation work, nor for the design of the system in which our products are used.
Attention is drawn to the operating limits stated in the product documentation, in particular relay contact ratings, the specified operating temperature range, and the fact that the RS-485 interface is not galvanically isolated.
10. Conformity
Our products carry CE marking. Declarations of conformity are published in each product's documentation folder. The products are not certified for the United States or Canada — we hold no UL or FCC approvals. Customers importing into other jurisdictions are responsible for any local certification required.
11. Intellectual property
Hardware schematics are published under CERN-OHL-W v2 and firmware under the MIT licence, available in our public GitHub repository. Use of those resources must comply with the licence applied to each.
The name HomeMaster, the HomeMaster logo and our product imagery are not covered by those licences and remain the property of ISYSTEMS AUTOMATION S.R.L.
12. Liability
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on this website but do not guarantee that it is error-free, and we are not responsible for third-party services or external links.
Our liability for products supplied is limited to the value of the goods, except where Romanian law does not permit such limitation, in particular in cases of death, personal injury, gross negligence or intent. Liability for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, downtime or data, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
13. Personal data
Personal data is collected, processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including the GDPR. We use this data to process orders, improve the service and meet legal obligations.
14. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. You can manage preferences through your browser settings.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page and take effect on publication. Orders already placed remain governed by the terms in force at the time of the order.
16. Governing law
Romanian law applies. For disputes with business customers the competent courts are those of Ploiești, Romania. Consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
