Stair led controller

The module controls up to 32 LED channels through four TLC59208F constant-current I²C LED drivers, allowing animated lighting across stair steps. Each output is switched by efficient SI2307A MOSFETs, making it compatible with 12V/24V LED strips.

It includes two opto-isolated digital inputs for connecting motion sensors at the top and bottom of the stairs, and an additional isolated digital input for a manual wall switch, enabling override or full-light activation modes.

Power is supplied via a protected DC input with onboard regulation and reverse polarity protection. A USB Type-C interface is available for firmware updates and testing. LED status indicators and onboard buttons provide feedback and manual control during setup or diagnostics.

The STR-3221-R1 comes pre-installed with firmware written in the Arduino IDE and predefined Modbus addresses, enabling seamless out-of-the-box integration with MicroPLC and MiniPLC systems. Built on the RP2350A microcontroller, make it professional: can be programmed using various methods, including MicroPython, C/C++ and the Arduino IDE, allowing customization for advanced behaviors, timers, or integration with other systems.

Designed to integrate with MiniPLC or MicroPLC systems, the STR-3222-R1 communicates via Modbus RS‑485, enabling full automation via platforms like Home Assistant.
