  1. STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
  2. 1. Scope
  3. These terms apply to all sales by ISYSTEMS AUTOMATION S.R.L., Reg. J29/919/2007, VAT RO21537032, Str. Diligenței 18, Ploiești 100575, Romania ("ISYSTEMS AUTOMATION"). Any deviation must be agreed in writing in advance.
  4. 2. Prices and VAT
  5. Prices shown on this website include Romanian VAT. Business customers in other EU member states with a valid VAT number are invoiced without VAT under the reverse charge mechanism (Article 196, Directive 2006/112/EC). VAT numbers are verified in VIES before invoicing. Prices are reviewed periodically; orders are confirmed at the price valid on the date of order.
  6. 3. Payment
  7. Payment by bank transfer against invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, first orders are payable in advance. Invoices are otherwise payable within 21 days. Late payment entitles ISYSTEMS AUTOMATION to statutory interest and to suspend further deliveries.
  8. 4. Delivery
  9. Goods are shipped from Romania. Items in stock are dispatched within two working days; items not in stock are dispatched within 14 days. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk passes to the customer on handover to the carrier. Shipping costs are stated at order.
  10. 5. Warranty
  11. ISYSTEMS AUTOMATION warrants that the products are free from manufacturing defects for 24 months from delivery. Consumers in the EU retain their statutory rights under Directive 2019/771, which are not limited by this clause.
  12. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects. It does not cover damage caused by installation not in accordance with the product documentation, wiring errors, overvoltage, lightning, exceeding rated loads, operation outside the specified environmental range, mechanical damage, or unauthorised modification of the hardware.
  13. Modifying the open-source firmware does not void the hardware warranty. Damage caused by such modification is not covered.
  14. 6. Returns and defect handling
  15. Report defects to [email protected] with the order number and a description of the fault. On a confirmed defect the product is replaced or repaired at our choice, and we cover return shipping. If no defect is found, return shipping is at the customer's cost.
  16. 7. Installation and responsibility
  17. The products are components intended for installation in electrical distribution boards by qualified persons. The customer is responsible for the installation complying with the national regulations applicable at the site, and for the design of the installation as a whole. ISYSTEMS AUTOMATION is not responsible for the installation work or for the design of the installation in which the products are used.
  18. Attention is drawn to the limits stated in the product documentation, in particular relay contact ratings, operating temperature range, and the fact that the RS-485 interface is not galvanically isolated.
  19. 8. Conformity
  20. The products carry CE marking. Declarations of conformity are available in each product's documentation. The products are not certified for the United States or Canada (no UL, no FCC).
  21. 9. Liability
  22. ISYSTEMS AUTOMATION's liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied, except where Romanian law does not permit such limitation, in particular in cases of death, personal injury, gross negligence or intent. Liability for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, downtime or data, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
  23. 10. Intellectual property
  24. Hardware schematics are published under CERN-OHL-W v2 and firmware under the MIT licence. The name HomeMaster and the associated logos remain the property of ISYSTEMS AUTOMATION and are not covered by those licences.
  25. 11. Governing law
  26. Romanian law applies. For disputes with business customers the competent courts are those of Ploiești, Romania. Consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
